Returns

We are totally confident that you’ll love your purchase, however, there will be some times when you may feel that this is not the case.

Returned items must be received within 14-days of delivery. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition, make-up free and are unworn with tags attached.

We recommend returning your items via recorded delivery, as we are not responsible for any returns that do not reach us. Please note we do not cover the cost of returns or reimburse shipping fees. However, online purchases can be returned and exchanged free of charge in our boutique or at our pop up stall.

You will be given a refund via the original payment method once item(s) have been received within 14-days and this will be processed within 7days. 

Please note sale items are non refundable.

Exchanges

You can exchange your item for another providing we have the item you would like in stock.

Return your item back to us within 14-days of delivery. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition, make-up free and are unworn with tags attached.

Once we have received your returned item we will post your new item out to you, you will be responsible for paying postage for your exchange. You can exchange your item(s) free of charge in our boutique or at our pop up stall.
